About the Role

We are seeking a passionate ABA Clinical Case Manager who is actively pursuing certification and eager to grow into a confident, skilled clinician. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced BCBAs, gaining hands-on experience while helping children and families reach meaningful, lasting progress.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Assist with assessments and individualized treatment planning
  • Collect, track, and analyze client data
  • Collaborate with caregivers and RBTs to ensure consistent care
  • Participate in supervision, training, and professional development


Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or final semester) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Actively pursuing BCBA certification and supervision hours
  • RBT certification preferred, not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for supporting children with autism and their families


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
  • Supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
