Recruiter ABA

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for an ABA organization in Boro Park, with a focus on hiring BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff. This role manages sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates who align with the organization’s mission and culture. Responsibilities include developing recruiting pipelines, posting and managing job ads, conducting phone and video screenings, coordinating interviews, checking references, and supporting onboarding handoffs. The Recruiter works closely with leadership and clinical teams to understand staffing needs and workforce priorities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience recruiting in healthcare, ABA, or human services. Familiarity with credentialing timelines and NYS workforce requirements is a strong plus.
