Academic Standards Senior Lead

• Assist in the implementation of syllabuses for all subjects in BINUS SCHOOLS, to review school-based subject syllabuses, and to modify / design their contents, should there be a need
• Promote teaching and learning approaches that are in line with curriculum intent in schools
• Advise on assessment modes that support the desired learning outcomes
• Provide guidance to school in enriching the curriculum beyond the classroom to develop students’ cognitive, affective, physical and aesthetic abilities.
• Ensure that there is networking, sharing and collaboration among BINUS SCHOOLS to raise the capacity of the leadership teams and the level of performance in each school
• Encourage a school-led culture of quality assurance via continuous learning and improvement
• Advise on the development, deployment and maintenance of IT matters in schools as it relates to teaching and learning
• Keep track of changes in BSE policies and procedures, and their impact on the teaching and learning as well as the IT systems in schools
• Provide support and guidance to BINUS SCHOOLS’ key academic staff, subject teachers, and other staff members to assist them in the performance of their professional duties, including the provision of general counseling
• Collaborate with school leaders in improving curriculum and its delivery through innovation
• Provide advice, assistance, and leadership in areas of pedagogy and professionalism across BINUS SCHOOLS
• Support BINUS SCHOOLS in implementation of appropriate assessment and recording procedures in line with expected standards
• Management Support Activities:
  • Provide complete and regular reports to direct supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibility (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management & Quality Assurance System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as well as work related to the BSE Office as required by the direct supervisor.
• Education Requirement : Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Work Exposure/ Experience :
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Supervisory Level, or
• Minimum 7 years working experience in a related field/function
• Special Skills/ Certification : Proficientin English communication and Office 365
