About the Role
We're looking for experienced Account Associates to join our Customer Operations team. This role requires prior experience in EOR, contractor payments, or HR tech industry. You'll manage clients across payroll, contractor and EOR payments, billing, and post-onboarding support while working closely with internal teams and global partners.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate operational support.
Coordinate contractor and EOR onboarding, payroll, and offboarding activities.
Manage global contractor and EOR payment operations across multiple countries.
Support customers with payroll funding, invoices, payment timelines, and issue resolution.
Assist with stablecoin and traditional cross-border payment operations.
Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Partner with Payroll, Payments, Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve complex operational issues.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to SOPs and operational documentation.
Ensure operational SLAs and compliance requirements are consistently met.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in the global payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), contractor payments, or HR technology industry (required).
Experience managing global contractor and EOR payroll operations.
Knowledge of international payment methods, including stablecoin payment workflows.
Experience with cross-border payroll funding, invoicing, and payment operations.
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with global payroll or EOR platforms.
Familiarity with blockchain, crypto wallets, and stablecoin settlements.
Experience working with global employment compliance and cross-border workforce operations.
