You will join the local sales organization and play a key role in developing and expanding our customer portfolio. This includes both growing business with existing retailers and acquiring new customers, in line with targets defined by the Country Manager.
You will be responsible for achieving sales results, aligning commercial strategy with your line manager, and leading negotiations with partners. Working closely with retailers and store teams, you will strengthen long‑term partnerships, ensure excellent collaboration, and drive sustainable business growth.

Manage and visit your assigned portfolio
Deliver Net Turnover and other sales targets, taking corrective action when results deviate
Achieve Refund Ratio, Hit Rate, and additional KPIs with proactive adjustments
Define merchant contract conditions within provided guidelines
Enhance merchant knowledge and expertise regarding our services
Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
Document all merchant information and activities in CRM
Analyze business statistics and translate insights into actions
Execute action plans and store visits aligned with segmentation models
Control receivables to minimize bad‑debt exposure
Deliver store‑level activities agreed with merchant HQ
Maintain accurate CRM documentation across all interactions
