Sales Manager (Financial Software)

Sarmad develops digital and financial technology solutions, with a focus on products that support modern banking and financial services. This is an opportunity to join a business working at the intersection of software and financial services, helping clients adopt solutions that address evolving operational and commercial needs.

In this role, you will help grow the company’s presence by building relationships with organizations across fintech and finance. The position is suited to a commercially minded sales professional who is comfortable engaging stakeholders, understanding client needs, and guiding conversations around software solutions in a complex market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fintech and finance clients.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.
• Lead product demos, presentations, and proposal discussions with potential customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, including experience selling financial software or fintech solutions to business clients.
• Experience using CRM tools and a solid understanding of financial services market dynamics.
• Track record of selling to financial institutions and presenting to senior decision-makers such as CTOs, COOs, CDOs, and CEOs.
• Experience with consultative selling is a plus.
• Negotiation experience is a plus.
