Our primary job is to bring the brands to life and give the customer the experience of a lifetime. It means we can influence perceptions, interact, create something memorable and, most importantly, drive the audience to take action and become a customer of the product or service. Our focus is not on quantity but on the quality of our acquisitions which we guarantee our clients on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven people leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

  • Develop positive relationships with clients

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software

  • Experience with marketing/sales campaigns

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
