The Account Manager – Enterprise is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned strategic accounts to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Duties/Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to deliver high-quality client experiences.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and operations to effectively position Entrata solutions.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and product utilization.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
Communicate product updates, new features, and relevant developments to client stakeholders.
Analyze account data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multiple client accounts effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in managing client relationships and influencing outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
Comprehensive understanding of technology or software sales processes, including SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
