Responsibilities
- Manage & monitor technical service requests (electrical, plumbing, airconditioning, etc) in our customers' facilities
- Schedule and monitor our subcontractors' activities
- Guarantee that the work orders are delivered as requested
- Produce frequent and analytical offers
- Execute and monitor the entire procedure from quotations to pre-invoicing
- Team up with colleagues and pass on important information to customers
- Formulate relationships of trust with customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a customer service representative
- Experience in technical services (electrical, plumbing, airconditioning) is required
- Ability to schedule and monitor various service requests to different customers under pressure
- Ability to work with figures, offers and pre-invoices
- Familiar with Excel, Outlook and ERP tools
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Engineering degree is an asset.
