Randstad in Williamson County is seeking a specialized Property Accounting Associate. We are seeking candidates to provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure timely and accurate payment and receipt of accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accounts payable vendor files
  
• Review GL after monthly soft close
• Responsible for maintaining a clean aged delinquency reports for all tenants
• Investigating unpaid, under paid, and over paid rent and sundry charges
• Communicating with tenant billing contact to resolve accounts
• Completing year to date and month to date variance report for all properties immediately after each accounting hard close, send PM for review
• Other accounts payable and accounts receivable jobs will imply

Qualifications

Qualifications:

*Minimum 3-5 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience

* Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures

* Knowledge of office administration and procedures

* Understanding of all accounting functions ( accounts receivable/ payable,accruals, etc.)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* High School Diploma; College Degree is Preferred

* Preferred working knowledge of MRI software
