Pay $14 and hours are 5 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri.

Position function is as primary resource in handling customer contacts via telephone ranging from routine to complex.

Delivers the highest quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness reliability, assurance/confidence, empathy, and professional impact on every customer interaction in a fast-paced pharmacy call center.

Qualifications

Verifiable Pharmacy Tech license/certification (training certificate not acceptable)

Responsiveness

Attendance reliability is critical

Ability to express assurance/confidence

Ability to express empathy & professionalism

Must show team-oriented, customer service focus

Ability to identify process improvements highly desirable

Must be self-directed

Must have the ability to apply knowledge and skills learned in training.

PC skills in Windows-based applications needed

Advanced verbal/written communication skills necessary
