Role & Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies
Interacting with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
Supervising and mentoring staff on a daily basis
Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department
Providing VAT advice and other advice to clients, in an efficient and accurate manner
Skills & Experience
Warranted Accountant (in Malta)
University Graduate (Honours or Masters in Accountancy) or a holder of an ACCA degree
Excellent communication skills in Maltese & English, both written and spoken
Solid understanding of GAPSME and IFRS and Maltese VAT legislation
Team Leader / Management experience

Office hours (Monday to Friday and hybrid model with flexible hours)
