Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: RTP NC

Duration: 9+ Months

Requirement:

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Must display a customer service focused attitude

·Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems

·Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met

·Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient

·SAP experience an advantage

·Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Skills

·Clear communication skills

·Good Telephone manner

·Good English skills– both written and spoken

·Positive attitude

Sort, file, print and scan materials

·Verify information on forms

·Photocopy/fax, perform detailed work, and proofread/correct errors in documents

·Produce lists, labels, tables, forms or other simple and/or brief documents

·Open and prioritize mail
