What You'll Be Responsible For:

💼 Processing and entering vendor invoices accurately
💼 Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
💼 Researching invoice and payment issues to ensure timely resolution
💼 Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding payments
💼 Assisting with month-end accounting tasks
💼 Maintaining organized financial records and documentation

✔ Previous Accounts Payable experience required
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
