Your Day-To-Day:

• Ensure daily swimming class operations run according to SOPs, programs, and safety standards.
• Monitor Coach schedules, attendance, and class readiness.
• Ensure the swimming area, equipment, and activity requirements are prepared before classes begin.
• Monitor class implementation to ensure alignment with the program flow and curriculum.
• Provide support and guidance to Coaches during activity implementation.
• Assist in handling and following up on operational issues at the center.
• Coordinate with the Activity Lead regarding operational conditions and requirements.
• Support the implementation of programs, events, and additional activities at the center.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching, sports activities, or operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of operational procedures and activity safety standards.
