Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 85 stores and over 31 brands, is currently looking for a Heavy Line Automotive Technician!



We are seeking quality technicians primarily with General Motors Experience. Any diagnostic technician committed to “Fix it right the first time” and properly diagnosing and repairing our fun and challenging product would be considered.



We’re looking for driven, excited, dedicated individuals that are excited at the opportunity to join a winning team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
• Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
• Conducting post-repair follow up
• Resolving customer complaints
• Continue to maintain Crown's value, quality, and integrity

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work hard with limited supervision
• Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
• Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
• Must have great customer service skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
