Ad Operations Manager, JustWatch the Entertainment Guide

Independently set up, monitor and troubleshoot digital video advertising campaigns using our custom-built internal tools

Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance

Identify trends in our data to support effective strategies that create value for our clients

Own reporting and deliver actionable insights that go beyond graph descriptions

Manage pixel implementations and coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate tracking

Create offers and media plans applying yield optimization techniques to ensure quality deliverables.

Communicate with external partners including film studios, streaming providers, and media agencies to ensure a smooth campaign execution.

Passion for film and TV!

2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management

Experience with paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok)

Familiarity with CM360 is a plus

General understanding of tracking, brand safety, and pixel integration.

Experience in an agency or publisher environment is a plus

A proactive attitude, self-confidence, and decisiveness, especially in high-pressure situations.

The ability to work independently, quickly adapt to new challenges, and drive results.

Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
