We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin with experience in Australian property management to own and enhance our reporting function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building meaningful reports and dashboards, and translating numbers into actionable business insights.
You will work closely with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions from broad business requirements, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reporting that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end reporting process, including data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation.
Build, maintain, and improve recurring operational and performance reports.
Create interactive dashboards using Power BI or a similar business intelligence tool.
Analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, and data cleaning techniques.
Transform messy or incomplete data into accurate and meaningful reports.
Write clear, concise commentary that explains trends, highlights key insights, and provides recommendations alongside numerical reports.
Work independently to define reporting requirements from high-level or loosely defined business briefs.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity and maintain reporting documentation.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Australian property management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including:
Experience using Power BI or another business intelligence/dashboarding platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written English with the ability to communicate insights and write professional commentary based on data.
