Administration & Enquiry Officer
- 2 x Full time, fixed term (24 months) positions at HEW Level 4.
- Hawkesbury Campus Richmond with flexible working arrangements.
- Salary: $80,736 – $85,954 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Provide accurate administration and responsive enquiries that support the Pay Confidence Program and its stakeholders.
The Opportunity
You will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Pay Confidence Program, helping the team maintain smooth day-to-day operations and deliver responsive services to stakeholders.
Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain accurate records and prepare documentation in line with university procedures. Using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems, you will produce reports, update databases and manage information accurately.
Communicate with current and former staff, internal teams and service providers by email, phone and in person. You will organise competing priorities, respond to enquiries and adapt to changing processes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
What Success Looks Like:
- Deliver accurate and timely administrative support across the program.
- Maintain complete records, databases and documentation in line with procedures.
- Coordinate correspondence, meetings and enquiries within required timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise competing tasks while maintaining accuracy under time constraints.

About You
- A relevant certificate or equivalent administrative experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing accurate and timely administrative support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
