Role summary:

Dawn Meats Group is one of Europe's leading beef and lamb processing companies with locations across Ireland, UK, France and continental Europe employing over 8,000 employees. We are currently seeking to recruit an administrator to join our Livestock team at our site in Kildare Town.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide full administrative support to Livestock Department.
• Maintaining and organizing records and documents.
• Supporting financial administration duties.
• Handling correspondence and communications.
• Conducting data entry and basic analysis.
• Providing general administrative support.
• Managing internal and external communications.
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal Candidate will have:

• Be professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Have exemplary time management skills and the ability to support more senior managers with day to day tasks.
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Have first-rate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
