The successful candidate will be part of a team, working on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new real estate and private equity funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing a good understanding of your client base
- Creating good working relationships with clients and other parties
- Maintaining internal trackers
- Maintaining statutory registers
- Becoming familiar with material agreements relating to your portfolio
- Cash management tasks, such as reviewing payments and incoming funds
- Preparing account opening forms
- Assisting with calls and distributions
- Assisting with quarterly billing and cash collections
- Assisting with the take-on and establishment of new clients
- Preparing regulatory filings and submissions, as necessary
- Coordinating and attending board meetings
- Preparing board packs and supporting reports
- Taking and preparing minutes to a high standard
- Ensuring the timely execution of agreements/documentation
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
The candidate is expected to have a minimum of one-year relevant experience. Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, preferably, completion of a degree or similar. The candidate will be expected to have started the CGI exams, or willing to undertake these in the future.
