• Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement nursing best practices.
  • Mentor and train junior nursing staff.
  • Participate in research and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Required Skills and Experience:
  • Licensed RN with 3+ years of clinical experience.
  • BSN required; MSN preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in patient care management.
• Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
  • Experience in a specialized clinical area.
• Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing preferred. Active RN license in Texas.
