Clinical Care Nurse Specialist

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) license, minimum 3 years of clinical experience, proficiency in electronic medical records.

Preferred Skills: Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, valid RN license required.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving skills.
