The AI Automation Specialist implements and operates AI-powered automations that streamline business and technical processes. The role focuses on practical execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-based automation workflows
• Integrate AI tools and LLMs into existing processes
• Monitor automations, handle exceptions, and optimize performance
• Support data processing, validation, and automated reporting
• Document workflows and ensure compliance with governance standards
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of hands-on experience with AI or LLM-based tools
• Experience with process automation or workflow tools
• Basic Python or scripting skills
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
