We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.

You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.

The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML modeling, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and shape tomorrow’s AI-driven application, ensuring robust, scalable AI architectures and model deployment pipelines

• Apply cutting-edge AI tech, prototyping, experimenting, and productionizing LLM features (Agents, embeddings, semantic search) to elevate accuracy, insight quality, and product impact

• Design and optimize prompts, workflows, and model interactions using orchestration frameworks to ensure application performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability

• Curate and manage high-quality datasets specifically for context retrieval, grounding, evaluation benchmarks, and model fine-tuning

• Work closely with different teams to get things done together, partnering with product and engineering to uncover smart AI opportunities and launch them into production

• Own quality and scale by ensuring AI observability, rigorous model evaluation, and smooth operation across distributed application + inference systems.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience writing clean, production-grade Python code for AI applications, model integration, and automation

• Solid foundations of data manipulation and cleaning techniques both at the SQL level and using traditional python frameworks like pandas and polars

• Strong understanding of LLM application architecture, including hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone), and orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) or native custom frameworks

• Experience or deep familiarity with fine-tuning existing LLMs and utilizing ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn). Hands on experience of NLP pipelines and frameworks is considered an advantage

• Solid software engineering fundamentals: version control, CI/CD, Docker containers, and API design

• Comfort working across AI/model workflows and backend logic, with the ability to bridge the gap between prototypes and stable production services

• Familiarity with AI observability/evaluation tooling (e.g., tracing, LLM evaluation frameworks) and streaming systems like Kafka is a plus

• A curious, fast-moving mindset with the ability to prototype quickly, learn new tech fast, share knowledge with others.

Salary Range

Gross salary 4500 - 7100 Eur per month.
