As a Senior Model Validator, you’ll focus onchallenging and validating Generative AI use casesacross the business. Your work will ensure models are robust, fair, and fit for purpose.

• Independently assesstechnical aspects of GenAI models and perform hands-on testing
• Design SME question setstailored to different AI use cases
• Challenge development teamson use case design and testing methodology
• Identify and escalate risks, and collaborate on resolution plans
• Document validation outcomesin clear, structured reports
• Build strong relationshipswith model owners and developers in the First Line of Defence
• Adapt quicklyto tasks of varying complexity and priority
• Supportjunior validation team

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a developer or model risk expert with a strong foundation in AI and a passion for validation.

• 7-10 years of experience inAI development or model risk, includingGenAI and NLP/ML
• Postgraduate degree (MS/PhD) inComputer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• Solid theoretical knowledge ofPredictive and Generative AI techniques
• Hands-on experience withGenAI model development and validation, including bias, fairness, and toxicity assessments
• Strong Python skills formodelling and analysis
• Familiarity with thefull AI development lifecycle
• Curiosity and enthusiasm forAI research and emerging trends
