Role Purpose
This role exists to drive both top- and bottom-funnel growth through affiliate and influencer partnerships across Amazon. As Chaivision expands its portfolio of mission-driven brands, this position ensures our products are championed by trusted voices while delivering measurable, profitable performance.
This role sits within Brand Marketing but operates in close alignment with the Amazon Sales team to ensure influencer and affiliate activity directly supports Amazon revenue targets, inventory priorities, and promotional strategies.

- You have 2+ years of experience driving sales and creator growth through affiliate networks — Amazon (preferred), Shopify, TikTok Shop, social commerce platforms, or comparable affiliate ecosystems; direct platform management, creator recruitment, commission strategy, and performance optimization preferred.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Build full-funnel affiliate and influencer strategies for each brand
- Develop monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts for affiliate-driven Amazon sales
- Allocate influencer budgets by brand based on projected ROI and margin targets
- Identify and onboard new affiliate platforms (e.g., Levanta, Archer, Amazon Associates) to diversify growth channels
- Develop commission structures aligned with profitability goals
Execution & Optimization
- Upload and manage live affiliate campaigns across Amazon platforms
- Track daily and weekly performance pacing vs forecast
- Optimize commission tiers based on SKU-level performance
- Adjust budget allocation based on ROI and conversion trends
- Ensure influencer content complies with Amazon’s Terms of Service and brand guidelines
- QA affiliate links, tracking accuracy, and attribution integrity
Performance Reporting (Data Ownership)
- Maintain centralized dashboards tracking revenue, ROI, CAC, CVR, and AOV by platform
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with variance-to-forecast analysis
- Provide leadership with budget pacing updates and strategic recommendations
- Analyze SKU-level profitability and identify scale opportunities
- Build and refine SOPs to standardize data reporting across brands
Team Collaboration
- Meet weekly to align influencer plans with product launches and promotional calendars
- Partner closely with the Amazon Sales Team (including collaboration with Guilleme for Amazon-specific initiatives) to align affiliate pushes with inventory, sales targets, and promotional strategies
- Share performance insights and forecasting updates with Amazon stakeholders
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing for funnel optimization and attribution clarity
- Partner with Creative to improve conversion-driving content
Tool/Platform Ownership
- Own relationships and campaign execution across Amazon Associates, Levanta, Archer, and other affiliate platforms
- Develop and manage influencer CRM systems and tracking workflows
- Maintain reporting infrastructure in Google Sheets
- Ensure tracking consistency across platforms
