Role Purpose

The TikTok Affiliate Recruiter/Manager owns Stage 1 of the TikTok creator funnel — proactive, high-volume recruiting that brings new creators into the program so the channel can find its power-law winners. The role replaces the prior volume-recruiting function and sharpens it: the mandate is recruiting velocity and activation on TikTok specifically, using the company's recruiting tools (Euka and the TikTok Affiliate Center) to source, onboard, and activate creators at scale.

TTS GMV follows a power law — roughly 20% of creators drive 80% of revenue, and the winners can't be predicted on paper. That makes broad, disciplined recruiting the engine that feeds everything downstream. This role keeps the top of the funnel full so the depth-nurture function (Libby) and the Performance Analyst can identify and graduate the winners.

Who You Are

  • Recruiting operator — you've sourced and onboarded creators at volume, ideally on TikTok Shop, and you treat recruiting velocity as a number you own.
  • Tool-fluent — you can run recruiting and outreach through Euka, the TikTok Affiliate Center, and Creator Marketplace, and you know how to work them efficiently.
  • TikTok-native — you understand creator dynamics, open collaboration, sample/seeding mechanics, and what makes a creator likely to activate.
  • Organized and relentless — you manage a high-volume pipeline with consistent follow-through and clean tracking.
  • Activation-minded — you don't just recruit, you get creators to first post and first sale, and you understand the onboarding-and-sampling flow that drives it.

What You'll Do

Recruiting & Activation

  • Own TikTok creator recruiting velocity — proactively source and onboard creators at volume using Euka, the TikTok Affiliate Center, and Creator Marketplace.
  • Run the affiliate onboarding and initial sampling flow that moves a recruited creator to first post and first sale.
  • Manage a high-volume outreach pipeline with disciplined tracking and follow-up.
  • Hit monthly recruiting and activation targets across the brand portfolio.

Community Onboarding

  • Bring newly recruited creators into the brand community — including onboarding them into our Discord — so they're connected, supported, and retained from day one.
  • Drive creator retention through the onboarding window so recruited creators stay active rather than churning after first contact.
  • Equip creators with brand briefs and guidelines — provide clear, accessible documentation on voice, visual identity, campaign messaging and content do's/don'ts so creators can confidently create on-brand content from day one without bottlenecking approvals or diluting brand positioning.

Program Support

  • Maintain commission and incentive setup for newly recruited creators in coordination with the Head of TikTok.
  • Hand off activated, high-potential creators to the depth-nurture function (Libby) for graduation into depth partnerships.
  • Feed recruiting and activation data to the Performance Analyst for funnel and winner-identification reporting.

Platform & Compliance

  • Keep creator records, commission terms, and FTC disclosure standards clean across the recruited base.
  • Stay current on TikTok recruiting mechanics and tooling changes.

Success Metrics

  • Monthly creator recruiting volume against target
  • Creator activation rate (recruited → first post → first sale)
  • Onboarding velocity (time from recruit to activation)
  • Creator retention through the onboarding window
  • Community onboarding rate — recruited creators joining our Discord and staying engaged
  • Quality of the funnel feeding depth nurture — graduation rate of recruited creators
  • Clean pipeline tracking and FTC compliance across the recruited base
