  • Assess regulatory risks and provide recommendations to support business growth while maintaining compliance.
  • Establish processes and controls to ensure ongoing compliance across products, packaging, labeling, manuals, and marketing claims.

Execution & Documentation

  • Obtain, review, and maintain supplier certifications, declarations, test reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure product packaging, labeling, recycling symbols, user manuals, and UK/EU Responsible Person (RP) details meet regional regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with Product Development and Commercial teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated early in the product lifecycle.

Market Readiness & Launch Enablement

  • Ensure all certifications, approvals, packaging, manuals, and documentation are completed before product launch.
  • Resolve compliance-related issues that could delay product listings, shipments, customs clearance, or retail approvals.
  • Support the compliant launch of products such as wellness and red light therapy devices, ensuring region-specific claims and labeling requirements are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.

  • You are collaborative, proactive, and outcome-focused, thriving in a high-growth, multi-brand environment.
  • You communicate clearly with suppliers, laboratories, certification bodies, and internal teams across time zones.

Qualifications
