Our Apprenticeship Programme offers ambitious young talent the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience while building on the foundation of their undergraduate qualification. From day one, you'll contribute to real projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain practical exposure to the world of banking and financial services.

Designed around a work-based learning approach, the programme provides rotational opportunities across different areas of the bank. You may spend time in our branches engaging with clients, explore how our operations teams keep the bank running efficiently, or gain exposure to finance, technology, and other critical business functions. Through these experiences, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of how the different parts of the bank work together to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

To be eligible, you must:

• Be a Ugandan citizen.
• Have completed an undergraduate degree, including graduation between 2024 and 2026.
• Have achieved a minimum CGPA of 4.0 or equivalent academic distinction (First Class or equivalent).
• Have less than two years' work experience after graduation.
• Be willing to undertake rotations across different areas of the bank, including both customer-facing and back-office functions.
• Not be enrolled in any other graduate programme, apprenticeship, internship, or full-time study programme at the time of application.
