Area Manager

Position: Area Manager - Specialty Coffee

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Manager to join our team at our specialty coffee chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores in the designated area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee industry and a proven track record in managing and developing successful teams.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services
• Monitor and analyze store performance through regular visits and audits
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and mentor store managers on effective management techniques and company policies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of store managers and other staff
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels at all times
• Identify and address any operational issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial role
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores and achieving business objectives
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
