As a Armed Security Officer - Front Desk Badge Services in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access-control records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Communicate professionally with bank personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, access requests, and incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Level III Armed Guard Card is required in Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
