Assistant eCommerce Marketplace Manager (Shenzhen)

CASETiFY is now hiring an eCommerce Marketplace assistant manager to manage the growth of our eCommerce platform.

Job Description

• Marketplace Growth: Formulate and execute comprehensive Amazon sales strategies to drive overall GMV growth and maximize account-wide profitability.
• Product Strategy: Lead data-driven product selection to capture market white spaces; run post-launch evaluation to benchmark operational and financial success and transform insights and data into actionable iterations.
• Advertising Optimization: Implement advanced PPC and full-funnel traffic strategies to accelerate volume growth while aggressively optimizing and lowering TACOS.
• Multi-SKU Management: Oversee a complex, high-volume SKU catalog through continuous variation optimization and deep-dive daily performance data analytics.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor macro marketplace dynamics, track competitor benchmarking, and analyze category trends to maintain our brand's competitive edge.

Requirement

• Bachelor in eCommerce / Digital Marketing / Communication or related disciplines.
• 5 years eCommerce working experience, Amazon experience is a must.
• Strong preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in the 3C (Consumer Electronics) sector or managing highly complex, multi-SKU accounts.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills.
• Good presentation, communication and influencing skills.
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
• Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work fast-paced working environment.
• Good command in English and Chinese.
