Project Coordinator

Purpose of Role

The Project Coordinator at Hasbro plays a vital role in supporting various teams by managing coordination, systems, documentation, and sample activities, thereby enabling teams to focus on technical and strategic work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational support and coordination: The role involves supporting multiple teams by maintaining accurate project and milestone data across several systems, coordinating workflows and approvals, generating development reports, and managing licensor submissions.
• Sample and inventory management: Responsibilities include coordinating sample orders and tracking, managing sample inventories, ensuring samples meet specifications and timelines, and handling intellectual property-sensitive materials securely.
• Documentation and systems oversight: The coordinator maintains document control, revision tracking, supports documentation creation, manages package proof routing, and maintains operational templates and trackers.
• Process improvement and qualifications: The role includes identifying workflow improvements, standardizing processes, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with product development systems.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Hasbro systems and sample coordination.
