Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in our Shenzhen Finance hub. You will be managing full-set accounts and intricate production costs for our HQ and logistic hubs.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end general ledger accounting, prepare journal vouchers and financial statements to ensure accurate, authentic, and compliant books.
- Handle document workflows across business and financial systems; reconcile order data monthly, perform cost accounting, and period-end closing to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare monthly management reports, verify cost and inventory data, analyze variances, identify issues, and propose actionable improvements.
- Support budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting; liaise with branch offices, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong cross-functional communication.
- Provide business and operational insights to management; identify issues, recommend solutions, and deliver decision support to achieve strategic targets.
- Participate in annual budget formulation, monitor execution, flag deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee daily financial receipts and payments, control costs and expenses, analyze departmental spending, and implement measures to improve profitability.
- Assist in optimizing cost and inventory processes, including regular counts to ensure book-physical consistency.
- Support accounting process improvements, financial digitalization, and the establishment of a standardized framework while continuously refining policies and workflows to ensure full compliance.
- Coordinate external audits, government filings, high-tech enterprise qualification, and subsidy applications; prepare materials and follow through to completion.
- Liaise with business departments to explain financial data, provide timely support and handle ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Holder in Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of related working experience. Experience within the E-commerce or Retail sectors is a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software is required; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
- A strong team player with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
