Assistant Mortgage Sales Manager

• Identify new sales lead from mortgage referral agency channels to achieve business sales targets
• Explore and maintain close and constructive relationship with qualified mortgage referral intermediaries and property agencies.
• Participate and support the end-to-end mortgage process to ensure smooth operations
• Liaise with internal Credit and Risk department to ensure mortgage lending application are in compliance with the company policies and regulatory requirements as well as service standards
• Cultivate and maintain good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan/ security documentation to enhance successful ratio and speed up the turnaround time
• Support ad-hoc work tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 2
• At least 5 years' relevant Mortgage Sales / Business Development experience in banking and finance industries
• Posses job knowledge and working experience from mortgage referral / property agencies would be an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
