Are you passionate about construction, real estate, and delivering successful projects? Are you client-focused, well-organized, and able to adapt to different project and stakeholder needs?

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support our Project Management team in Poland across a variety of real estate and construction projects. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and contribute to different stages of the project lifecycle, gaining valuable practical experience in a dynamic and international environment.

This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for someone with initial professional experience who wants to further develop their career in project management and gain hands-on experience in the construction and real estate sector.

 

 

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of various real estate and construction projects
• Assist with managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards
• Support the preparation of tenders, tender evaluations, and contract administration
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project records
• Support regular project reporting and follow-up on project actions, deadlines, and deliverables
• Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks, delays, or issues
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Management team
• Work closely with experienced Project Managers and other specialists to ensure smooth project delivery
• Participate in project meetings and support effective communication between all parties involved
• Assist with coordinating activities across different project disciplines
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for clients
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Project Management Department in day-to-day activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; students currently pursuing a relevant degree are also welcome to apply
• At least 2 years of initial professional experience in project management consultancy, real estate, engineering, construction, or a related field
• Basic understanding of the construction industry and project delivery processes
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• German language skills would be an advantage
• Good command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
