Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to tenant and landlord inquiries via email and phone

  • Conduct virtual property tours, coordinate showings, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding process.

  • Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors

  • Preparing and sending lease agreements and other property-related documents

  • Updating property listings on various platforms

  • Coordinating property showings and inspections

  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

  • Managing rental payments and deposits

  • Maintaining accurate records and files

  • Other duties as assigned by the property management team

Requirements

  • Must have demonstrated experience in Australia and New Zealand property management for 9 months or more.

  • Experience in property management software (e.g, Property Me, Property Tree, AILO, Inspection Express, Kolmeo)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Suite.

  • Experience in tools like Trello, Monday.com, and other checklist tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

  • Can start ASAP.

  • Equipment is self-provided

  • RAM: 8GB

  • CPU/Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest)

  • HDD/SDD: 512 GB

  • Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro

    Accessories:

  • Power Backup: Powestation, Powerbank, UPS, etc.

  • Extra Display: Secondary/External Monitor

  • Audio & Video: Noise-Cancelling Headset + Web Cam

    Internet:

  • Internet Speed: 40-50 Mbps minimum bandwidth speed for both Downloads and Uploads.
