• Drafts quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Interprets and implements quality assurance standards.
• Evaluates adequacy of quality assurance standards.
• Devises and plans sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Reviews the implementation, efficiency and effectiveness of quality and inspection systems.
• Plans, conducts and monitors testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure adherence with set specifications.
• Documents internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Investigates customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Collects and compiles statistical quality data.
• Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develops, recommends and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Identifies training needs and organizes training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Coordinates and supports on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Evaluates audit findings and implements appropriate corrective actions
• Monitors risk management activities.
• Assures ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Submits monthly quality reports to top management.

Qualifications

- Degree Graduate of Food Tech

- With Background in ISO

- With good communication skills

- Know to handle subordinates

- With at least 1 to 2 years experience

- Willing to be assigned at Valenzuela City
