Associate

Konfidants is a multidisciplinary international consulting firm supporting Companies, Governments, and International Organisations to achieve impact through rigorous, innovative management consulting. We are headquartered in Accra, Ghana, and span a network of over 40 consultants and advisors in multiple geographies.

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Associate to join our team and contribute to our multidisciplinary research work stream.

The Research Associate will report directly to the Research Team Lead and will provide support across a wide range of tasks, including:

• Conducting industry and client research and analysis.
• Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and undertaking analysis which translates into meaningful insights for drafting briefs and reports.
• Supporting projects and internal initiatives and participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions. 
• Conducting literature reviews. 
• Any other assignments that may become necessary. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must:

• Enjoy research.
• Have a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Have interest in global development and policy issues. 
• Be intellectually curious and have the ability to quickly grasp multidisciplinary topics outside of your field of study.
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize daily workload.
• Have experience or interest in Data Analysis (any of the following Excel, SQL, Power BI, R, Python, Stata, etc) 
• Have the ability to plan and organize projects/assignments, prioritize, and multi-tasking.
• Have the ability to work remotely using digital tools.
