Renmo is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager with a passion for relationship-building and business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our market presence by collaborating with companies to seamlessly onboard their team members onto our flexible rent & pay monthly, shop & pay monthly, drive & pay monthly and our novel benefits called Earned Wage Access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with companies to promote Renmo’s WorkBenefits products to their employees.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to maximize engagement.
• Educate potential customers on WorkBenefits offerings and assist them in the application process.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
• Track and report performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or corporate sales is an added advantage.
