We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline reports for team members and ensure delivery of regular reporting
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including both Windows and MAC environments
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests related to both Windows and MAC
  • Providing technical support across the company for both Windows and MAC users
  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of routers, switches, and backup systems integral to network functionality
  • VPN installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Basic troubleshooting and escalation of WiFi, VPN, and other network issues

    • Requirements and skills:

    Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in managing LANs, WANs, and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with system installations like laptop installations.
  • Knowledge of installing different operating systems-Windows, macOS, Linux.
  • Must understand digital security tools like two factor authentication etc.
  • Must understand G-Suite

    • Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to communicate to non-technical staff on the thought and process behind the technical issues that have taken place.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve them under time constraints.


    • Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
