(Associate) Program Manager – AI Delivery (m/f/d)

• You support planning, coordination, and tracking across AI use cases, delivery streams, and stakeholders.
• You maintain delivery plans, risk logs, action tracking, and status updates across ongoing work.
• You structure feedback loops, testing coordination, and user acceptance activities.
• You work closely with engineering, business, and leadership stakeholders to ensure transparency on timelines and decisions.
• You drive planning, milestone management, and cross-functional coordination across AI initiatives.
• You manage dependencies across engineering, platform, governance, and business teams.
• You support rollout readiness by structuring testing, feedback cycles, and implementation planning.
• You prepare decision-ready updates for stakeholders and escalate risks with clear options.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 1-4 years of experience in program management, project management, PMO, or transformation delivery.
• You bring strong organizational skills and a structured approach to timelines, dependencies, and follow-up.
• You are confident preparing clear status materials, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• You have a practical understanding of delivery and rollout processes.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
