• Hauptschulabschluss
• Interesse an handwerklicher Tätigkeit
• Spaß am Umgang mit Metall
• Gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Leistungsbereitschaft
