Position Summary

• Conduct Automobile Service Process Training
• Conduct Automobile Service Process Audit 
• Conduct Class Room Training, On the Job Training & Coaching 
• Help Improve PSF scores (Post Sales Feedback) & CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores 
• Help improve Dealer Service Processes & ensure efficiency · Responsible for handling approx. 30-35 Workshops
• Travel across locations (20 -22 days) 
• Compile and Present Reports & Support HOD ·
• Ensure that all the manpower at given location is trained

Qualifications

• Experience in Automobile Customer Servicing
• Experience: (1-3) years
