Automotive Mechanic / Technician "B" Level - Honda Dealership

We're seeking a "B" level automotive technicians with great problem solving skills! Our company is growing at a rapid rate, so we have a need for technicians of all levels at our busy Honda store.

Acura/Honda certified preferred.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and strong and possess a strong and honest work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset.

Flat rate available.

Job responsibilities:

1. Communicates with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss present and/or future repair requirements.
2. Test drives vehicles and tests components and systems utilizing equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.
3. Inspects vehicles for damage and records findings to ensure the necessary repairs can be made.
4. Tests and adjusts repaired systems and equipment to meet manufacturer's performance specifications, ensuring proper and safe operation.
5. Estimates the cost of service and repairs while reviewing work orders.
6. Collaborates with other service team members and service manager to provide excellent service.
7. Performs routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups while utilizing checklists to ensure all proper components are examined.
8. Able to recognize and safeguard PI
9. Prepare or perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
