Automotive Service Writer / Advisor - Acura Dealership

Ron Bouchard's Acura is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team! We are a reputable and customer-centric automotive dealership and service center who has been serving our community since 1986.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and listening attentively to their vehicle and service needs.
  
• Working with customers to obtain detailed descriptions of vehicle problems and discusses work to be performed and/or future repair recommendations and requirements
  
• Write accurate repair orders and provide real value to our customers
  
• Inspecting vehicles for visual damage, recording and communicating findings to technicians to ensure necessary repairs can be made
  
• Providing cost estimates of vehicle repairs and service to customers
  
• Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for service or warranties.
