AVEDA Haircare Associate - Gurney Plaza

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend to customer requests and enquiries on Aveda haircare products.
2. Recommend suitable haircare products based on customers’ individual hair concerns, needs, and preferences through product knowledge sharing.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
4. Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the work area.
5. Assist in retail operations, including stock take and inventory management.
6. Participate in new product launches, promotional activities, and related brand events.
   

Requirements

• Relevant retail experience in haircare, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Passionate about haircare and beauty, with a strong interest in providing personalised product recommendations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
