- Support and mentor junior staff
- Help develop and test new products
What We're Looking For
- 3 yearsâ equivalent experience (additional premium for Red Seal baker certification!)
- Strong production baking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet
- Team-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude
