Barista - Full-Time

SPAR Catherine Street is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our café team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will prepare and serve quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment in a fast-paced setting.

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages

• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café and work areas

• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock presentation, and product availability

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages as required

• Follow all food safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures

• Work effectively as part of a team to create a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Barista is required

• Relevant barista training or certification is an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
